Trade Analyst I - (SG13179)

We have an opening for a Trade Analyst I in our DIA Accounting Department!

MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Trade Settlements:

Ensure eligible trades are matched and affirmed through DTC

Research and manually affirm trades not automatically affirmed through DTC

Daily review of exceptions reports to ensure timely trade settlement

Timely dissemination of corrections, and other updates to custodians

Daily review and update of fail file

Learn settlement process for Global fixed accounts including currency exchanges
Trade Problem resolution:

Research settlement problems with the custodian, trading and the brokers.

POSITION REQUIRED SKILS:


BS/BA Accounting/Finance, or equivalent work experience

Basic securities knowledge

Ability to learn computer systems

Phone etiquette

Overall interpersonal/communication skills

Flexibility/ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

Professionalism

Detail Oriented

Team Player
