Do you have solid HR experience in the legal field? Have you held a supervisory role within the HR Dept of a law firm? Or perhaps HR experience in another professional services environment such as: Accounting, CPA, or Consulting firms. We want to hear from you!Our client is a leading national/international law firm with offices throughout the US (100 year old+). Tremendous growth nationally. Through expansion, this role has been created to meet the needs of the CA offices. Responsible for LA and OC offices (Over 90+attorneys, 200+ staff). We are looking for a hands-on, roll up your sleeves type mgr.Why do you want this position?Excellent compensation, benefits and working environment. REQUIREMENTS
* Minimum of 3-4 years of HR experience, with minimum of 2-3 years of supervisory experience. Strong preference of human resources management experience in the legal field.* HR experience in another Professional Services-type organization could be considered... CPA or large Accounting Firm.
* Must have knowledge of California Wage and Hour laws and other legal requirements and guidelines.
