COMMERCIAL LENDING TEAM LEADER AgChoice Farm Credit, a dynamic, fast growing agricultural lender, seeks a Team Leader to lead its $188 million commercial lending team located in Chambersburg, PA. Position offers potential for personal & career growth. Job Summary: •Manages, trains, develops & motivates 14-person team•Achieves growth, profitability & asset quality standards•Directs, controls & administers the operations of a lending team•Participates in business development activities to promote products & services•Represents AgChoice in public relations functions to enhance the association’s image. Requirements: •Education and/or exp equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, agriculture or related field. MBA or advanced education desirable.•Minimum of 10 yrs exp in lending w/6+yrs of management preferred•Farming background a plus•Strong material, organizational, marketing & communication skills essential •Computer literacy a must.
