Team Lead - Customer Service Financial Representative

Our strong business results create continued growth and present the need for employing new talent for our expanding organization.We are currently hiring for a Team Lead over our Financial Representatives. This individual will supervise the day- to-day operations of Customer Service Financial Representatives who work with customers who are interested in consolidating all existing and future qualified retirement accounts into one account. As a team lead you will provide support and on going training to direct reports, and perform other supervisory duties as needed.The required schedule is: Mon - Thurs 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM; Sat 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Additional Job Duties Include the following:Supervises day-to-day operations of Customer Service Financial Representatives team
Maintains employee production and morale
Conducts Team Meetings weekly
Assists with computer trouble shooting
Hold team and one on one meetings with direct reports
Monitor, identify, and resolve performance, behavior, and attendance issues.
Conduct Performance reviews
Provide constructive feedback to direct reports
Foster and maintain a motivating, high-energy environment
Communicate all process implementations and changes to direct reports
REQUIREMENTS
Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook
1-3 years prior leadership experience
Strong ability to drive and elicit goal achievement
Ability to coach, develop action plans, and maximize performance
Ability to analyze and improve work processes
Ability to work in a diverse team environment preferred
Ability to illustrate a high level of confidence when speaking to customers via telephone preferred
Strong organizational skills preferred
