RSM McGladrey Network is looking for a technical tax business developer who has no desire to be chained to a desk. Instead, the successful candidate enjoys applying his/her technical skills, selling, and travel. If you have a dynamic personality and are quick on your feet, this position may be the perfect fit for you!

Responsibilities include selling extended tax service offerings to RSM McGladrey Network members and their clients, collaborating with team members and RSM McGladrey Network firms to identify and develop additional extended tax service ideas, and developing relationships within RSM McGladrey and alliance partners.

REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
CPA with 7 or more years' tax experience in public accounting or similar professional services organizations in various service lines (including R&D tax credits, cost segregation, fixed asset and depreciation, or other consultative tax services); the ability to manage multiple client service projects and issues while maintaining exemplary client service levels; bachelors degree in accounting with a master’s degree with emphasis in taxation desirable; ability to travel 25 – 35% with seasonal variance; ability to perform with limited direct supervision; ability to effectively communicate with all levels of professionals; proven ability to sell tax services; ability to develop strong relationships; and ability to construct creative solutions to client needs and respond to established deadlines.
