Tax Sr. Manager

Responsibilities for this position will be, but not be limited to, providing tax compliance and advisory services for partnerships, corporations, and S-corporations for a variety of clients from Fortune 500 to emerging businesses, serving clients within four major industries: Energy; Manufacturing and Distribution; Information and Communication and Real EstateThe Dallas tax practice for this firm focuses on serving companies both public and private in a wide range of industries but with a heavy concentration in the energy industry. Tax Managers will contribute to the management of a growing tax practice, provide oversight and guidance to other members of the tax staff, review tax returns, conduct and review tax research and participate in special tax consulting projects.Requirements for this position are 6 or more years of public accounting experience or equivalent in law firms or industry, excellent research and writing skills,
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or other business related field (prior Big 4 experience a plus), CPA, Enrolled Agent, JD or other appropriate certification required
