Tax Professional- Near Partner Level

The responsibilities of this position include the following:
Proactively assist our clients identify and implement effective tax strategies
Work with clients and their representatives to address business succession, gifts, and estate planning issues
Review business and individual tax returns (federal and state) as well as gift and estate returnsDevelop relationships with the owners and top management of our clients and prospective clientsPrioritize client service responsibilities and allocate resources necessary to complete client engagementsInstruct, supervise and train tax staffParticipate with the firm’s leadership team to develop growth strategies and implement the firm’s market-driven initiativesRepresent clients before taxing authorities in tax controversiesResearch complex tax issues arising in connection with tax compliance servicesFurther develop the use of Microsoft CRM and other technologies to gain efficiencies and better serve clients
