Well known publicly-traded telecommunications company is seeking two top notch accounting professionals, Accounting Manager and Director of Accounting, to join their professional staff in their corporate headquarters. The Accounting Manager will manage day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, budgeting and finance work related to the business units. Supervise staff and enjoy regular interaction with executives in Corporate Accounting/Finance as well as business unit CEO's. This is a hands-on position in an environment that's professional, fast paced, and team-oriented. Strong GAAP accounting experience and excellent communication skills are essential.

Director of Accounting - For candidates with SEC experience including 10K,10Q, MD &A - an additional opportunity exists within the company. Your CPA and public accounting background along with 2+ years in a corporate environment will make you an excellent fit for the Director of Accounting role at $95K

REQUIREMENTS

BS Accounting
4 -7 years of accounting experience in public / private industry
Hands-on accounting professional with stong knowledge of GAAP
For Director of Accounting - SEC experience and CPA
Strong written and communication skills
