Tax Manager, Transfer Pricing

We currently seek a Tax Manager to join us in our Chicago office.KPMG's Economic and Valuation Services (EVS) can help companies address the complexities that arise from doing business across the street or around the world. We strive to help arm companies with the knowledge needed to compete effectively in the global marketplace. EVS offers a broad range of transfer pricing services - including compliance, planning and controversy work. EVS also assists companies, as they work to meet their business objectives, by providing economic and business analyses, industry and market research, database development, statistical analysis and valuations.Responsibilities:

Manage and deliver transfer pricing services

Develop and maintain client relationships

Supervise and mentor staff members

Prepare and analyze financial and economic data for tax and regulatory compliance purposes through the use of MS Word, Excel, Access, and various statistical sampling packages
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Experience in one or more of the following areas: transfer pricing studies, financial statement analysis, quantitative and competitive analysis, statistical sampling and econometrics, plan evaluation and/or operational performance analysis

Knowledge of the U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

Four years of experience with advisory related projects

Exceptional analytical and quantitative background

Thorough understanding of the U.S. Transfer Pricing Regulations and international transfer pricing environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, solid research skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment and/or independently

Graduate degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Mathematics, or Statistics from an accredited college/universityKPMG offers and supports flexible work arrangements as well as part-time schedules.
