Tax Manager - Stable Company

Stable Company, in business over 80 years, has an immediate need for a Tax Manager.
The candidate will provide tax advice to in addition to preparing federal, state and local tax returns.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
Assists in income tax audits, acts as a center post for all corporate tax issues and compliance, advises management regarding effects of business activities on taxes, and on strategies for minimizing tax liability.
Other duties may be assigned.
Position will supervise a staff of two.for rental equipment.Job Requirements Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years tax experience (Big four or National CPA firm preferred)
CPA credential, .
Must be organized and responsible for meeting all tax deadlines throughout the year.
