Tax Manager/Senior Associate

Responsibilities: This person performs duties and responsibilities as needed to insure the timely completion of filing federal, state and local tax returns of the operating partnership and other entities; the delivery of the K-1s to the partners; and the quarterly estimated payments and partnership withholdings. This person will complete quarterly and annual REIT tests as it relates to the operating partnership and other reports required to partners; respond to federal and state tax notices and audits; and assist in REIT Due diligence and other Sarbanes-Oxley tax cycle controls.
