Day to day responsibility for ensuring compliance with applicable income tax laws. Ensures income taxes are properly computed and reported on company financial statements
Proactively follows developments in federal tax law and assesses their impact on the Company's return positions.Identify opportunities for tax reduction in the course of the return preparation process and recommends appropriate action.
A successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the ability to work on and prioritize multiple projects while meeting required goals and deadlines. In addition, the ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be team oriented, and have confidence in dealing with people at all organizational levels.NOTE: Candidates must be either U.S. citizens or Green Card holders in order to be considered for this position.

REQUIREMENTS
Tax professional with Bachelors Degree in Accounting.CPA, MS-Taxation preferred BUT NOT REQUIRED
Excellent knowledge of US income tax laws.
4-8 years of corporate income tax experience.
Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
Firm grasp of deferred tax accounting rules.
Strong interpersonal skills; solid communication skills.
