Tax Manager (CML)

Classification: Full Time Compensation: $65,000 to $70,000 per year Robert Half's client, a full service Retail Real Estate Company which provides leasing, consulting, development, property management and tenant advisory services, headquartered in Washington, DC is looking a qualified professional to take on the newly created role of Tax Manager for the organization. Primary responsibilities will include:

managing tax compliance and planning work for a combined group of fifty plus entities related to real estate investment and management (partnerships, LLCs and "C" corporations)
preparing and reviewing tax workpaper packages prepared by property accountants for accuracy
assisting parent company in estimated tax calculations for federal and various states for Parent Corporation of the partnership entities and prepare quarterly/yearly taxable income projections for various partnerships and allocation calculations for partners according to partnership agreements
