Tax Directors

Classification: Full Time Compensation: $100,000 to $180,000 per year Our client, a well established financial services company in the Boston area is rapidly growing and adding to staff. As a result of this growth a new Tax Department is being created.
In this position your focus will be on RIC tax compliance. In addition, there will be some tax planning and research relation to the position. Candidates should have at least six plus years related tax experience, preferably in either public accounting or within the financial services industry. RIC experience is not required. A CPA or a CPA candidate is a huge plus and an MST would also be beneficial. Previous management experience is necessary as this role with have an instrumental role of hiring, mentoring and developing staff. Our client seeks candidates who can work within tight deadlines and are looking to continue their career within tax.
