Tax - Director and Manager levels

Due to major expansion and restructuring, several new Tax opportunities have been created for experienced tax planning and compliance professionals at the Director, Senior Manager, and Manager levels. These roles are in both the Domestic and International Tax areas.

Responsibilities include:

-Lead tax related analysis of business activities, including identifying and evaluating alternative structures and solutions.

-Ensure proper accounting and reporting of taxes, in compliance with US or International regulations.

-Establish tax planning models to forecast the utilization of various tax changes/benefits/opportunities.

-Analyze financial and tax posture of acquisition target company through reviewing financial statements, income and non-income tax reports and conducting interviews with management
REQUIREMENTS
-7+ years of related tax experience, which should include a minimum of 4 years with a public accounting firm.

-CPA, MBA, JD, or MS strongly preferred.

-Ability to work well with senior management of various functional departments

-Team oriented leader with strong analytical skills
