Tax Accountant-Senior level/Supervisor

Manage client base efficiently and professionally.
Corporate and Personal Tax return review and preparation.
Assist with audits, compilations, and reviews.Fieldwork planning and coordination.Mentor/Supervise Staff Accountants.
Schedule, delegate, and review work.
Staff evaluations.
Stay current with technical issues.
Budget/Monitor departmental billable hours.
Must be proficient with all computer hardware and software and be responsible for all office equipment.

REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
CPA a must or nearing completion, MBA a plus
Minimum of 3 years public accounting experience
Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience preferred
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Ability to manage clients
Must have the ability to make decisions.
Must be self-motivated, pro-active, results/goal oriented, enthusiastic, and reliable.
Must have strong interpersonal skills
Have good follow-up skills
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exhibit clarity, accuracy and neatness of work.
Must exhibit appropriate appearance and attitude.
Must have excellent computer skills, predominately in various tax software and MS Office products
