We are looking for an energetic and motivated Talent Manager to join ourFinance & Accounting team in Kansas City. Our Finance & Accounting division has ahistory of proven success and a tradition of Lasting Greatness.
Core fundamentals
Assist with building on existing and new client relationships throughunderstanding client operations and needs, and other methods of sourcing qualifiedcandidates.

Source and recruit candidates to fill client needs and to develop anapplicant pool; interviews and profiles candidate, conducts background and referencechecks, and performs related recruiting and sourcing functions; determines the best-
qualified Talent for open positions at client locations and places appropriate individualson assignment.

Conduct appropriate interviews and discovery to understand the client'sand talent's expectations, objectives, and related requirements.

Provide ongoing problem solving to clients regarding temporary workneeds, Pro Staff services, employee problems/difficulties and other related areas.

Investigate talent concerns/complaints, contacts employee relations, andfollows-up appropriately.

Solicit, receive, and process client talent requests in a timely manner.

Clarify job skill requirements and job request timetables with the client onorders received.

Communicate Pro Staff and client policies and procedures regardingemployment, expectations, job requirements, benefits, and other employment conditions.

Counsel the talent on continuous performance improvement, employmentquestions and problems, and related areas of concern; including up to termination orremoval from projects.QualificationsTo be considered for this position you must have a minimum of one-year experiencewith recruiting, interviewing and hiring professional personnel. A college degree inFinance, Accounting, or a Business related field is preferred.
