PricewaterhouseCoopers Transactions Services Global Capital Markets GROUP (GCMG) is experiencing SIGNIFICANT GROWTH in both New York as well as a number of INTERNATIONAL locations (UK, Europe and Asia Pacific regions) in delivering quality service to a variety of top-tier clients. The GCMG advise companies participating in US Capital Markets with IPO's, 144A debt and equity offerings and mergers, acquisitions and spin-offs. We provide technical and transaction support including risk management, technical accounting and reporting guidance and tailored project management to meet specific client needs. We also provide ongoing SEC and USGAAP support to both US and non-US companies that have registered with the SEC.We currently have needs for SENIOR ASSOCIATES in our GCMG group both in the US and in a number of International locations.Our Americas Team have successfully launched our domestic business which focuses on advisory support for companies, both audit and non-audit, undertakng capital raising and other capital markets transactions.Our Global Team (international) will work with our foreign offices to assist non-US companies (both audit and non-audit clients) access the US capital markets for the first time and at all stages of the US public company reporting process.
REQUIREMENTS
Education Requirement:
Bachelor's degree is required. A CPA or CA is required.Essential Requirements:
TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED: Must have at least 3+ years experience in external audit. US Accounting (US GAAP) and auditing technical proficiency Knowledge of SEC rules and regulations Must be a Certified Public Accountant or equivalent
BUSINESS SKILLS REQUIRED: Higly motivated and reliable Adaptable to various work environments Willingness to travel Excellent communication skills Second language a plus
