T-AT-Portfolio Analyst/Client Service Rep

Classification: Temporary to Full Time Compensation: $15.35 to $17.35 per hour Investment company has an exciting opportunity for a portfolio analyst/client service representative position on a temporary to full time basis for the right financial professional. The company is growing and may be embarking upon new business ventures!! The client service representative responsiblities include providing superior customer service to new and existing clients over the telephone as well as in person, opening and transferring accounts to/from other financial institutions, explaining new account/transfer documentation to clients, reconciling transfer assets by organizing and implementing cost basis data, answering client questions regarding statements, trade confirmations, and other correspondence from brokers/dealers, and assisting to the President/CEO. To be considered, candidates must have 4+ years of experience in customer service, a Bachelor's Degree and proficiency with the entire Microsoft Office.
