Systems - Business Analyst

Classification: Consulting Compensation: $50.00 to $60.00 per hour North Dallas Client has implemented Peoplesoft Financials, HCM, CRM, EPM, and Portal. An excellent opportunity to be part of Peoplesoft support team and contribute to a huge integration and support effort for many Peoplesoft modules. The prime candidate will have a consulting background and an eagerness to work with multiple PeopleSoft applications. Working with IT department as a Senior Business Analyst this person for the functional support of the PeopleSoft Financials application as well as contribute to the support of HCM, CRM, and EPM portal. This person will work closely with Finance/Accounting personnel, technical support personnel, and other business unites personnel to troubleshoot, resolve system issues, and recommend enhancements related to PeopleSoft Financials and other integrated applications. This person will gather and document requirements, conduct functional design, application configuration, test case development, and manage scope and expectations of business unite participants as needed on a project on project basis. Must have been a major contributor on at least two PeopleSoftupgrades at version 8 or higher.

People upgrades are experience is required.

Ability to communicate to diverse group

Experience in developing Business Requirements

Strong facilitation skills

Hands on functional and configuration experience with PeopleSoft AR, Projects, Contracts, Time Entry in version 8.8

Experience with PeopleSoft Asset Management and ESA knowledge a strong plus

Multiple full life-cycle implementation experience is needed

Ability to prioritize job responsibilities in a dynamic and rapidly changing work environment

+ 4yrs experience working with PeopleSoft products

Leadership skills with the ability to effectively manages scope and expectations and follows through on all tasks and takes ownership of issues and tracks them to complete resolution.
