8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Monday through Friday

Job Description: Monitor and maintain the cable, data and telephone network.

Responsibilities and Tasks:
Telephone Provisioning
Managing Telephone Conversions including T1, PRI and Toll Free Services
Audit entire nodes using all systems.
Identify market potentials.
Maintain accuracy of systems.
Manage field inventory of telephony equipment.
Initiate corrective action through provided tools.
Resolve problems through escalation when appropriate.
Report major issues to appropriate personnel.
Provide status reports as required
Produce, maintain and update written procedures
Provide Tier II support for Field Technicians for telephony, cable TV and Modem services.
Provide vendor coordination.
Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Required Skills:
Good knowledge of HFC system and maps
Excellent knowledge of HFC billing systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Detail oriented with good organizational skills.
Excellent knowledge of computers and specific computer software.
Work well with little guidance in a very dynamic atmosphere.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Voice port provisioning experience highly desire
Working knowledge of telephone provisioning with a DMS using HDT.
