Summary:

This position supports Logistics and Supply Chain management in operational reporting and analysis, process improvement, and special projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual operational reporting and analysesPerform ad hoc analyses as requestedDevelop and maintain Operational Procedures for the processing, tracking and analysis of all Supply-in trafficMaintain product SKU database, including the assignment of product codes, UPC and HTS codes as appropriateResponsible for the analyzing, planning, and scheduling of finished goods production to meet the master schedule requirementsResponsible for maintaining adequate inventory levels while adhering to manufacturing lead times and sequences while achieving high customer service levelsParticipate and lead cross-functional teams focused on operational improvement projectsInterface with other departments to identify and leverage best practices
REQUIREMENTS



Education and/or Experience:Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or universityFour to six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceLanguage Skills:Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulationsAbility to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manualsAbility to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general publicStrong Excel and MS Word Skills
