Coloplast, an international manufacturer and wholesaler of disposable medical supplies and devices, is seeking a Sales Reporting Supervisor for our new Minneapolis facility.

SUMMARY Supervises Sales Coordinators and oversees the direct and indirect reporting process from data entry, analysis through to sales reporting and paying commission.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Other duties may be assigned.

· Supervises Sales Coordinators.

· Ability to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines

· Maintain system and data integrity, reconciliation and data transmission

· Process commission payment for multiple sales groups including Canada

· Maintain customer to rep relationships for multiple business segments

· Process sales inquiries and analyze data

· Prepares sales reports on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis for senior management

Supervisory Responsibilities Directly supervises 2-3 employees in the Sales Reporting Department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education and/or Experience: Two to four years related experience in indirect sales processing; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills Ability: To read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge JD Edwards and intermediate Excel.
Reporting tools included Cognos Powerplay and Word Processing software.
