Job Description:
The Supervising Client Serving Associate performs a variety of functions, including administrative support, managing deliverables, and ensuring that others on the team conform to required processes. This individual has direct client contact.Responsibilities
Review documents for compliance with defined standards; perform/review calculations; reconcile/track various reports; gather, input and check data; perform research using the internet, E&Y databases and other sources; assist in the development of Word, Excel and/or PowerPoint presentations; coordinate with other departments (e.g., graphics, mailing, meeting planners and the marketing department) to support client-serving staff; maintaining files; copying documents; maintaining databases; providing client billing support; and scheduling meetings and processing forms.Ernst & Young LLP, an equal opportunity employer, values the diversity of our work force and the knowledge of our people.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: The incumbent of this position must have:
a bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent experience - administrative experience requiring consistent use of discretion and judgment - supervisory experience of two or more full-time employees, including assignment and review of work and extensive input into hiring, performance review and salary decisions
