Structured Finance/Derivatives Attorney

Number of openings = 1 mid-level (3-5 years) and 1 junior associate (2 years)

•Candidate with experience in structured finance, derivative financial products and federal securities laws sought to work on complex, creative, high-profile transactions involving securitization of traditional and nontraditional assets
•Candidate with SWAP and CDO and/or Commercial Paper/SIV experience would be preferred, but not a necessity
•Will consider strong traditional corporate transaction attorneys with some structured finance experience.

Number of openings = 1 mid-level (3-4 years)

•Candidates should have 3 to 4 years experience in documentation and negotiation for over-the-counter derivatives transactions, including negotiation of schedules to ISDA master agreements, credit support annexes, trade confirmations, and similar forms of documentation
•Experience with advising on new product development, including structured notes and hybrid products a plus
•Candidate with experience drafting offering memoranda, indentures and related documentation and conducting negotiations relating thereto is helpful.

Number of openings = 1 junior to mid level associate

•Candidates should have two to five years experience.
•Candidate with experience in structured finance, derivative financial products and federal securities laws sought to work on complex, creative, high-profile transactions involving securitization of traditional and nontraditional assets.
•Candidate with CDO, Swaps and/or Commercial Paper/SLN experience preferred.
•Will consider strong traditional corporate transaction attorneys with some structured finance experience.
