Store Assistant-Open House 9/20

Sleepy's, The Mattress Professionals, with 400 showrooms throughout NY, NJ, PA, DE, CT, RI and MA, is growing! Due to our on-going expansion, we are currently looking for a STORE SECRETARY to work in each of our showrooms!
Responsibilities include:
1. Keep store neat, clean and organized. Responsible for the condition of showroom, display merchandise and general cleanliness of showroom, including, but not limited to, making sure all lights are functional, thermostats set correctly, desk area kept neat and tidy, all in-store signage is correct, and report any problems to Regional Manager immediately.
2. Have all merchandise tagged properly.
3. Responsible for keeping accurate count of all customers that enter showroom. Make sure that every customer is attended to. Contact Regional Manager to arrange for more sales help if there is insufficient help available.4. Ensure that every customer speaks with Management prior to exiting the showroom.
5. Distribute brochures, inserts and pamphlets to all customers.
6. Additional tasks as assigned by Regional Manager.Our Benefits package includes:
