Stock Administrator

Classification: Consulting Compensation: Pay up to $60.00 per hour Pre-IPO medical device manufacturer is implementing Equity Edge and needs a stock administrator with extensive experience on the latest version of EE.
1) Work with Equity Edge to ensure proper recording of stock activity
2) Ensure that all stock option grants are properly recorded based on Board of Directors Minutes
3) Periodically reconcile outstanding stock shares with transfer agent.
4) Manage options accounting roll forward, etc.All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States.
