Classification: Full Time Compensation: $45000 to $52000 per year This Westwood company is looking for a staff accountant.The position will be responsible for processing and coding daily cash transactions into the general ledger. Maintain the general ledgers for assigned Companies in accordance with GAAP and proprietary procedures. Review and control the input of data necessary for the monthly financial general ledger and reporting close. Prepare timely analysis and reconciliation of related P&L and Balance Sheet account activity. Prepare interim and year-end audit schedules, tax schedules and special management reports. Communicate and maintain a successful working relationship with operations staff, internal auditors, external auditors, and other accounting locations. A Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance.
