Staff Accountant to $100,000

Classification: Full Time Compensation: Pay up to $100000 per year Power Plant Company located in Central NJ is seeking an Account Manager with 5+ year's managerial and financial reporting experience. Responsibilities include provide investor relation services including responding to investor questions regarding the status of their investments, issuance of reports, various fund activity, prepare partners equity allocations and carried interest calculations, evaluate and ensure compliance with valuation models for valuing investments and compliance with GAAP, prepare quarterly and annual financial workpaper packages, perform all financial reporting functions for funds, and coordinate wire transfers and prepare documentation for capital contributions and distributions including drafting notices.
