Staff Accountant - Sarbanes Compliance

JOB POSTING Connecticut OFFICE POSITION/TITLE: Senior Accountant - Sarbanes Compliance
REPORTS TO:Manager, Accounting and ReportingOVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop, maintain and perform quarterly testing to review Company's controls for Sarbanes-Oxley.

Execute and maintain the Company's documentation for the Sarbanes-Oxley.

Participate in discussions to help improve controls and ensure all stated policies are met.
Prepare schedules and provide support to our external auditors.
Various special projects as necessary.ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
BS in Accounting required, CPA a plus.
Minimum 1-3 years experience.
Prior Sarbanes experience desired.
Team player, conscientious, and positive attitude.Job Requirements
