Staff Accountant - Northwest Suburbs, $40K - $50K

The Staff Accountant will be responsible for preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports such as budget variance analysis and cash flow changes. You will also prepare journal entries and other month end close activities, as well as perform detailed balance sheet account reconciliations. This position also entails working with cross-functional departments on related accounting matters and ad hoc reporting for various departments and executive management. Reports directly to the Director of Finance.






1 to 3 years Accounting experience

Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance

CPA or desire to obtain CPA preferred

Highly motivated, results-oriented, team player with professional demeanor and high integrity.

Strong project management & organizational skills, attention to detail, and drive for results.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects and deadlines.
