Staff Accountant/Financial Analyst

Classification: Full Time Compensation: $45,000 to $55,000 per year Stable and growing company in Sherman Oaks is seeking an Experienced Accountant to prepare monthly financial statements, review and approve all the payments going out to vendors, analyze discrepancies in contractor billings, prepare monthly billings on major rehabilitation projects and miscellaneous jobs. In addition, the Staff Accountant will need to track and analyze costs and profitability of the renovation and development projects, communicate/coordinate with regional Construction Managers to make sure the projects are completed on budget,
