Staff Accountant - 2565LV

Job Summary: This position will provide support to the Financial Controller –Manufacturing and Inventory.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Ability to read bill of materials for analysis.
2.Review parts transaction for proper usage and posting to the general ledger.
3.Reconcile inventory for parts and games in various systems and the general ledger.
4.Perform periodic inventory analysis.
5.Assist in preparation of procedures relating to inventory and manufacturing processes.
6.Provide appropriate schedules to internal/external auditors.
7.Must be able to travel 25% of the time to various warehouses to train personnel, audit procedures, and provide support with physical inventories.
8.Communicate effectively with various departments.
9.Other duties and special projects as assigned and deemed necessary of the position under the direction of the Financial Controller.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualification Requirements:
•Experience: 2+ years accounting experience

•Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
•PC proficiency to include spreadsheets (MS Excel) and database (MS Access).
•Familiarity with mainframe AS/400 systems

•Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Accounting preferred.
