Sr. Tax Analyst - really interesting opportunity!

The perfect candidate will be really experienced in tax, compliance, perhaps even worked for the IRS (two of the three people they have hired have worked for the IRS). The closing key will be you have a great personality. You need to be outgoing, fun to be around, very humble but have the proven ability to stands your ground.Requirements

Heavy compliance background
CPA
Four years working with large companies / consolidated groups.
Experience working with companies in a multi state filing situation.
Experience with the Federal R&D Tax Credit would be a big plus.
On the soft skill side, you need to be articulate and have the ability to converse in a group of high level executives. A key skill would be the proven ability to discuss and explain very technical tax concepts and regulation/law to non-tax oriented people
