As a processor/coordinator with Chase Home Finance (Wholesale), you will:
process table-funded and whole-loan purchase wholesale production operation for residential, conventional, FHA and VA first mortgagesreceive loan files from brokers; prepare compliance re-disclosures (if applicable)handle data entry of loan informationperform cursory loan reviews prior to Underwriting (U/W) submissionsubmit loans to U/Wcoordinate communication of all loan decision and/or approval conditions to correspondents/brokersprepare all compliance letters, as applicable on decisioned loans
REQUIREMENTS
At least three years' experience in wholesale/retail mortgage loan processing/coordinating including review of final HUD'sHigh school diploma or equivalent work experienceStrong knowledge of conventional, FHA, VA requirementsAbility to handle multiple tasksStrong time management and organization skillsSolid PC skillsJPMorgan Chase offers an exceptional benefits program and a highly competitive compensation package.
