Sr. Portfolio Analyst

Seeking a Sr. Portfolio Analyst!
Requirements: CPA or MBA requirement - Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis or accounting preferably in the Mortgage Banking industry or Audit.

This position oversees counterparty risk of current borrowers through investigation, analysis and compilation of financial and operational trends. The Senior Portfolio Analyst, Portfolio Management performs credit review and monitoring of existing customers to ensure compliance with the various covenants of revolving security agreement and formulates recommendations as to the credit worthiness of customers and the reliance that can be placed on the seller's company. Interact with senior management, production staff and customers in resolving violations to covenants. Responsible for providing senior management with updates on changes in risk levels of customers. Make recommendations and prioritize system changes affecting credit function.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements: CPA or MBA requirement - Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis or accounting preferably in the Mortgage Banking industry or Audit.
Required technical skills:
·Knowledge of mortgage banking operations
·Strong background in financial analysis either in investment banking, audit, risk management or corporate finance
·Strong interpersonal skills with customer service orientation
·Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Access
·Excellent verbal and written skills
