Sr PP&C Analyst

Individual will be required to perform a variety of financial activities in one or more functional areas of finance.

Individual must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

The candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills and the ability to handle multiple assignments with little management oversight. Suggestions and recommendations for improved process/innovative approaches will be expected from the selected candidate..

Major duties include developing program budgets, and performing financial analyses such as variance analyses, funding profiles, sales forecast, and program profitability.

Detailed knowledge of earned value management and customer reporting (CPR/CFSR) will be required along with the potential to have regular interaction with external customers.

Work closely with Program Team to ensure all program requirements are captured and scheduled.

Perform schedule and cost risk assessments to assist in the identification and mitigation of programmatic cost and schedule risks.

Position requires daily interaction with program teams to provide timely, accurate, and proactive data to the program teams as well as all levels of management.

Interaction with Accounting/Contracts/Subcontracts will also be required


REQUIREMENTS


This job requires a Bachelor's degree in appropriate discipline, or equivalent, and a minimum of 4 years of specifically related experience.


Ideal candidate will have working knowledge of Deltek Costpoint and COBRA.

Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office products, particularly Microsoft Excel.
