Sr. Marketing Manager
Identify value and implement creative, high impact business and marketing solutions. Aggressively drive prioritized business initiatives to implementation through cross functional team leadership. Build strong marketing partnerships with key Business Unit client decision-makers. Understand, create and leverage marketing data and analysis for informed decision making. Build strong relationships with internal Insurance Services functional areas. Motivate, train, mentor and coach fellow team members.

job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
Masters degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics or other related fields is strongly preferred
5+ years experience in marketing/business consulting, marketing strategy development, or branch distribution marketing
5+ years of relevant insurance industry experience is preferred
Strong leadership, relationship management and oral and written communication skills Strong understanding of business drivers, pro forma financial analysis, business development concepts, and strategy HSBC Compensation
