Sr. Business Systems Administrator

Our direct Client located in Northern Bergen County is currently seeking a Sr. Business Systems Designer for a consulting/right to hire opportunity.

Description:

Administer, maintain, develop and implement policies and procedures for ensuring security and integrity of company database
Support application activities and operations that require specialized database programming
Review, analyze and modify programming system including encoding, testing and debugging to support system applications, write codes for database access, modifications and constructions including store procedures
Develop and maintain system problem analysis and resolution techniques
Install new software releases, system upgrades, evaluate and install patches and resolve software related problems
Support new application/module integration including data conversation, testing and functional compatibility through system applications
Act as a liaison between the company and various software application vendors regarding support, maintenance and upgrades of the systems

REQUIREMENTS



Requirements:

BS or BA in computer Science or related field: MCSE - Windows NT
3-5 years programming experience
Knowledge of Windows NT Server and MS SQL Server essential.
Knowledge of Deltek Costpoint system desirable.
Ability to express complex technical concepts, verbally and in writing is critical
Ability to interface with internal clients and external vendors essential
