Sr. Manager- Financial Services

The position is responsible for the capital investment modeling for the Alternative Channels Credit Card Business Group. The candidate selected will:
Provide strategic counsel with his/her business partners, including but not limited to Marketing and Risk;
Lead, manage, develop, motivate and ensure the training of his/her staff, maximizing their value to the organization while providing for professional growth and career development;
Ensure consistent forecast and analysis quality;
Ensure deadlines are met;
Make presentations to Senior Management;
Proactively seek ways to improve our methodologies, processes and procedures in order to meet the evolving strategic and tactical needs of the organization;
Manage, assign, and review ad hoc projects for the business unit and occasionally across broader financial lines.

job Requirements


Bachelor degree is required with an MBA preferred. Seven or more years of business experience is required in a financial discipline including time spent in financial analysis and forecasting. At a minimum, the candidate must have a high level of understanding of financial forecasting/modeling techniques with a proven record of being able to employ innovative solutions to forecasting, modeling and analyses challenges. This person must have a demonstrated aptitude working with different levels of management across multiple functional units. Finally, they must demonstrate proven leadership and negotiation skills supplemented by strong oral and written abilities. / gj-hh
