Job Summary Responsible for the management and direction of multiple, large or complex projects or function as a highly skilled individual contributor. May assume an organization-wide leadership role for a specific technology or process. Manages overall relationships with some clients and has frequent and direct contact with the most senior level managers and executives to provide technical expertise and project direction. Shares practice management and performance management responsibilities including the overall management of project teams and development and review of staff. Qualitative and Quantitative Measures Personal Development Recognized and accepted as a leader in the practiceSupports high performing, positive team environmentHas established network and referral contacts Managing the Business Supports retention efforts within the team to keep team turnover below 20%Maintains high personal chargeability of 65% +Maintains high group chargeability of 80%+Client Management Consistently meets or exceeds client expectations as demonstrated by receiving follow on workManages $2M in A/I annually Manages engagements or projects to consistently achieve practice revenue and profit objectives to equal profitability multiple of 135-140 Demonstrates ability to plan and execute complex engagements or projects Business Development Leads development of $2.5M in sales Participates in team sales of at least $3-3.5M Assists the business development team with writing and presenting proposals for large or complex projects.Technical Competence Recognized internally and externally for knowledge and expertise in field Demonstrates examples of knowledge sharing outside engagement setting Education and Experience Advanced degree minimum eight or more years of relevant work experience, including both consulting and general industry experience.EDM – Product/InstrumentMinimum 8-10 years Capital Markets experience in an Operations/Business Analyst/Technology capacityMinimum 4-5 years of Product/Instrument reference data management experience in an Operations/Business Analyst/Technology capacityUnderstanding of Product/Instrument reference data management processes (data acquisition, validation, normalization, storage, distribution, product setup)Experience in either Product/Instrument reference data management strategy development or data management system requirements development and implementationUnderstanding of how Product/Instrument reference data is used by various internal and external user groups, the processes reliant on the data and data management challengesParticipation in an EDM program is desiredExperience with leading vendors such as GoldenSource, Asset Control, Reuters, Bloomberg is desiredManagement experience preferredMBA is desiredCandidates must live in the New York Metro Area.
