Sr. Financial and Business Analyst

This candidate will provide program and financial management support to government clients in the civilian and defense sectors. This may include functional support for business process studies, financial analysis, IT capital planning, project portfolio management or other program management activities. The candidate should have the ability to apply critical thinking and logical analysis to develop business and financial management consulting solutions in a customer-centric environment. Strong decision-making and interpersonal skills are required.Specific Skills Required: Excellent analytical, writing and communication skills are a must. Ability to interact with a variety of project teams, customers, and stakeholders; knowledge of business management, finance and/or information technology system development; Use of MS office applications/IT skills in development of documents, briefings, and other deliverables.Desired Skills: OMB Ex. 300, cost-benefit analysis, risk analysis, performance measurement, earned value management, portfolio management, or enterprise architecture planning. Post-graduate degree a plus.Requires a Bachelors degree or equivalent and 7-10 years of related experience.
