Sr. Financial Analyst

Classification: Full Time Compensation: $60000 to $75000 per year Large publicly held organization in Milwaukee is currently recruiting for a Sr. Financial Analyst. Key responsibilities will include: Assisting with the Business planning process, which includes development, implementation and revision as necessary to help guide the company into making correct business decisions in the future; acting as a liaison with assigned departments throughout the organization in assessing financial results and projects and development of annual business plans/budgets; assisting in the development and maintenance of rolling forecasted financial statements, by which one can update for known operational, industry and market changes; participate in the identification, development and evaluation of new business/program opportunities; identify critical factors affecting the profitability and evaluate the potential of proposed ventures to achieve profit results consistent with company goals; analyze the on-going profitability of new businesses, programs, and agreements entered into by the company; analyze capital project requests and complete as appropriate, which includes a post completion report to ensure the project achieved its financial objectives; analyze the profitability and variances of existing business operations and provide explanations of changes; complete special projects as assigned. A BS in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field necessary along with 3+ years experience in management/budget development and analysis is desired. MBA preferred but not necessary.
