Sr. Fin Reporting Analyst

Excellent full time benefits.As one of the corporate financial reporting analysts, you will on part of a team and involved with the following duties,•Review and analysis of monthly financial and statistical data submitted by business units.
•Prepare quarterly and annual reports to the Securities & Exchange Commission and shareholders.
•Prepare and/or review consolidated monthly financial reports and analysis to the senior leadership team and the board of directors.
•Review and analysis of business units monthly operating results.
•Prepare reconciliation of equity, minority interest and equity in non-consolidated subsidiaries.
•Coordinate the preparation of governmental reporting, as necessary.The successful candidate will have a Bachelor'S degree in Accounting or Finance, 2 years or greater of hands on SEC related work experience required. A CPA is preferred.
