MBA or other graduate degree preferred. 12-15 years of progressive accounting and financial management experience with solid experience in a large, global publicly traded company. Experience in application of SOP 97-2. Strong SOX 404 experience. Must possess very strong leadership, organization, administrative and participative management skills. Proficient with MS Office, Excel, Word and PowerPoint software applications.
