Sr. Cost Accountant

Classification: Full Time Compensation: $47000 to $56000 per year Large Global Manufacturing Company in Milwaukee is currently recruiting for a Sr. Business Analyst. Key responsibilities include: supporting costing activities for multiple product lines in several geographic locations, conduct quarterly reviews of bills of material with production staff and update in SAP, summarize monthly product line results, including explanations for variances, develop common methods for monthly absorption analysis, lead annual budgeting and re costing activities for assigned product lines, ensure accuracy of future fiscal year standard costs, perform cost benefit analysis, monitor new product line implementation, calculate cost estimates for new products and sales opportunities, monthly review of both production and purchase price variances, monitor and support corporate cycle count program, and determine if standards should be updated based on changing market conditions. A BS in Accounting or Finance is required along with 3+ years solid cost accounting experience desired. Experience with an ERP system is a strong plus.
