Sr. Corp Accountant

Classification: Full Time Compensation: $55,000 to $65,000 per year Our Client, an international publicly held medical device co., has a newly created opening for a Sr. Corp. Accounant. This opportunity will lead to excellent opportunites for advancement as the company continues its established growth pattern.RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform the monthly close for various operating and other smaller non-operating entities.
Analyze transactions and record entries primarily related to equity, debt, acquisitions, and foreign exchange transactions and prepare internal reporting requirements.
Perform intercompany reconciliations for above entities.
Review books and records of operating and non-operating entities.
Maintain G/L and reconcile accounts for the above entities.
