Sr. Account Services Analyst

Position Summary:
Senior Account Services Analyst is a position within the Account Services Department at ImpactRx. The SASA is responsible for responding to requests from the Account Service Manager and Business Development. The job functions of the SASA are to pull data from CDOM and the Query tool, format deliverables, QC, Refresh Ad Hocs, Client contact, create new ad hoc reports to answer client questions and attend meetings.

Position Responsibilities:
•Manage CDOM packages within the CDOM server application, adding/deleting/changing reports, Creating CD’s and Mailing Physical medium to the client, or e-mailing deliverables with Account Management’s approval
•Format DSS and Access Ad Hocs, cut and paste data into a PowerPoint template. Templates are also managed by the SASA. Setting up DSS Ad Hocs, with comprehensive understating of pivot table calculations (pulling criteria, pivot table calculations, share/percent, grouping products, calculated fields)
•Attend Account Services departmental meetings, and ImpactRx company Meetings and external client meetings with Account Management or Account Service Manager
•Institute quality control measures of the SASA job functions as needed including Ad Hoc QC measures. This will include copy and pasting, power point templates, graphs, lines, titles, axis, ensuring proper calculations and date is pulled, etc. Attention to detail
•Serve as a secondary contact to client. Contact client through e-mail, in order to respond to Ad Hoc requests, send deliverables and call out changes to deliverables (with permission from Account Management) Attend client meetings

•Proficiency with MS Suite - Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Access
•Excellent proof reading skills, attention to detail
•Team-oriented approach
•Prior experience as a Market Research analyst a real plus
•Prior pharmaceutical industry or market research knowledge very helpful
•Run CDOM
•Maintain CDOM packages/deliverables, start to finish
•Refresh Ad Hocs from DSS and Access
•Create Ad Hocs Access, DSS Query and eventually MicroStrategy to answer client questions
•Comprehensive understanding of Verbatims and Messaging Systems
•Comprehensive understanding of market and product knowledge within therapeutic classes
•Solid understanding of ImpactRx methodology, CDOM views and data metrics
•BS/BA degree required
