Special Biller

Purpose: ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Manage customer accounts, including but not limited to, invoicing and collections
Process contractor expense reimbursements
Research and reconcile prepaid travel expense log
Support liaison for branch offices and OSG with questions pertaining to contractor expense reimbursement and prepaid contractor expenses
Verify accuracy of rates billed to customers

Maintain and update various documents
Email documents and other correspondence to our branch offices
Interact via email and via phone with our branch offices
Ad hoc projects and reporting





REQUIREMENTS:

AA degree in business/finance/accounting, working towards a degree, or equivalent work experience
Good interpersonal skills with ability to work in team environment
Strong Communication skills
Must be organized and detail oriented
Ability to work accurately at a fast pace
Ability to meet deadlines
Working knowledge of MS Office including MS Excel and MS Word
Peoplesoft experience preferred

12 an hour Hour
