South-end medical office seeks Medical Billing/Coding Clerk

Classification: Temporary to Full Time Compensation: $13 to $15 per hour Medical Billing Clerk needed for Louisville medical office for a temp to full-time opportunity. You will entail data entry of patient billing information from a charge sheet, calling insurance companies on unpaid claims and other duties as assigned, including assisting with phone coverage for this small department. Medicare experience a plus. You will have some experience in a medical office or facility, prior experience processing claims or calling on insurance companies regarding unpaid claims, and comfort with computer/software systems.
